6. Course Changes and Cancellations

Course Modifications: The institute reserves the right to modify the course syllabus, schedule, or instructor assignments as needed. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Course Cancellations: If a course is canceled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, affected students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

7. Use of Institute Facilities

Access: Students have access to library resources, computer labs, and recreational facilities during designated hours. Misuse of facilities may result in restricted access.

Responsibility: Students are responsible for the care and return of borrowed materials. Any damage or loss will result in charges equivalent to the repair or replacement cost.

Resolution Process: The institute will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and provide a response or resolution within 30 days.

Appeals: If a student is dissatisfied with the outcome, they may appeal to the Academic Appeals Committee within 14 days of the decision.

12. Limitation of Liability

– The institute is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by the negligence of the institute or its staff. Students are advised to take appropriate personal insurance coverage.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

– The institute reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes via the official website and email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
