What is the difference?

1)Remember / Remind
**Remember- is about memory that one can hold & store in your memory.
Eg. Do you remember the holiday we had 2 years ago?

**Remind causes of someone to think of something, to make someone remember something.
Eg.The weather reminds me of that holiday.

2)Older / Elder
** Older -Comparative form of adjective old.
*Can be used with both things & people.
*Can be used on its own.
Eg.My brother is older than me.

**Elder -is the comparative form of the adjective old.
*Can be used when we’re referring to immediate family.
*Can be used with a Noun.
Eg.My elder brother is called Peter.

3)Each / Every.
**Each- As a pronoun with of+Noun/ Pronoun.
Eg.Each of the student is writing an essay.
*As a pronoun on its own.
Eg.Five athletes took part in the competition,each one is determined to win.
*After Noun or pronoun for emphasis.
Eg.They each had to finish their work by friday.

**Every -When we are thinking of people or things together in a group to mean “All”.eg.Every employee is entitled to two days off per week.
*after a possessive
Eg.She listened to his every word.
*with some abstract nouns to draw attention that something is correct or necessary.Eg.I have every reason to be mad at her.
*with plural nouns in phrases of frequency.
Eg.I go the gym every two days.
*with adverbs almost,nearly,just about,
Practically.Eg.you are late almost every morning.
