An euphemism is a polite word or expression that is used to refer to things which people may find upsetting or embarrassing to talk about, for example- death, the human body or sex.

For example- If you ask someone, Why did your boss fire you from the job.You may sound rude or your words may offend the other.Hence to escape from such situations, it is better to stuff your bag of vocabulary with euphemisms like-
