Job seekers spend all of their time preparing answers but the questions they ask can be as revealing to hiring managers.
Asking the right type and the right amount of questions is important.

Most interviewers who i have come across start with”tell me about yourself”and ask the following questions.Little preparation is the key for you to walk confidently into the interview room.Questions regarding the position, the team,the goals & about the company.
1) Know why should they hire you besides your experience.If you don’t know about yourself, how would the interviewer know.
2) Review the job description & be prepared to respond to their questions related.If job duties you are not familiar with them need to research about ‘what job duty entails & what’s required.The experience with similar duties can be explained.
3)Never say, no I don’t have experience with XYZ software.But say that i am familiar with XYZ and at my workplace we used to use ABC software.If hired for the job,i found an online course for which i would be ready on my first day.
4)Get to know the company -what the company does, accomplishments,recent events,history & mission.
So when you are asked ” Why do you want to work here? You should be able to answer sincerely.
